What happens if my Subaru is stolen?

With the MySubaru Companion+ plan, your vehicle can be located and recovered with assistance from law enforcement. The Stolen Vehicle Recovery with Vehicle Immobilizer feature can also prevent the car from being restarted.

Are there any free trials available for these subscription plans?

Yes. Subaru offers a five-year free trial of MySubaru Companion with the purchase of a new Subaru vehicle. You can enroll in the trial with the retailer at the time of purchase or you can enroll by calling 1-855-753-2495.

How much does it cost to subscribe after the trial ends?

What is the MySubaru mobile app?

The MySubaru mobile app is the primary tool for accessing and managing your MySubaru account. With the app, you can use remote services (i.e., Lock/Unlock, Vehicle Locate, Engine Start), view vehicle health information, manage Subaru Guardian Alerts, schedule service with a Subaru retailer, and much more—all from your phone. It’s available from both the iOS and Android app stores.

How do I manage my MySubaru Companion or Companion+ services?

To manage your MySubaru Companion or Companion+ plan, simply log in to your MySubaru account through the MySubaru mobile app, available for download for both iOS and Android systems.
